Blair Shockley has a long history in the agriculture industry, raising poultry and leasing six broiler houses from 2002 through 2005. He graduated in 2005 from Delaware Tech with an A.S. in Applied Agriculture Technology. The same year, he joined Perdue Farms where he held positions in the field research and grow-out departments. He began working for the sales department of Northeast Agri Systems in March of 2014.
Blair resides in Laurel with his wife Julie and daughter Harper.

Poultry Sales Representative
Carl joined Northeast Agri Systems in 2006 as a sales representative for floor poultry systems. Carl enjoys meeting and working with his customers to help them achieve their goals in growing poultry. The process of coordinating projects from start to finish is very rewarding to him. Because of his background in grow-out, Carl has always been interested in providing the optimum environment to maximize bird growth and production. Northeast Agri System's product line certainly makes this happen.
Carl graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Animal & Poultry Science and started his career in the poultry industry in 1974 as a broiler serviceman on the Eastern Shore. He moved to Pennsylvania in 1979 to work as a broiler grow-out manager and later entered the field of poultry equipment sales in 1990.
Carl was an assistant leader for Saddle Cinches 4-H horse club for 15 years. He served as chairman of the Mount Joy Township Parks & Recreation Board. In the past he served as lay leader, deacon and Sunday school teacher at his local church. Currently he serves on the Executive Committee of the Poultry Council of PennAg.
Carl and his wife, Kathy, live in the country with their two horses, 5 sheep and miniature Australian shepherd. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. In his spare time, in addition to riding, Carl tools leather and has made his own saddle and chaps.

Carol joined Northeast Agri Systems in 2013, working with account payables and receivables. She enjoys the variety of different job responsibilities she does throughout the day. She has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of business office positions.

She has one daughter, Arissa - who she is very proud of. She graduated from high school this year with distinguished honors.

Charles "Huck" Cherrix
Huck started working at Northeast Agri Systems in 2006 in the sales department. He enjoys the challenges of his position. Huck worked as a Pullet Supervisor at Holly Farms, trained in the hatchery, installed equipment and was a serviceman for Choretime before joining Northeast Agri Systems.

Estimator - BTO
Christina began working for Northeast Agri Systems in 2010 as a receptionist and accounting support person. Just 10 months later, Christina moved into the Bid to Order Office as equipment coordinator where she has since become an Estimator. Christina's favorite part of her job is learning new things. She enjoys the fast-paced work environment and the challenges that come with learning about a new industry.
Prior to joining Northeast Agri Systems, Christina was a stay at home mom for 8 years - running the "Deibler Empire" - consisting of husband Tim, her 3 sons, Ryan, Justin and Nicholas, and their golden retriever Shelby and cat, Walker. Before that, Christina worked in sales for American LaFrance/LTI.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys watching her boys play sports including baseball, football and lacrosse.

IT - BTO Support
Darryl joined Northeast Agri Systems in 1993, working in service and the warehouse. He later moved to quoting for Ken Towers on the Shore and Jay Kreider in Pennsylvania, before gradually taking over IT duties as the company grew and progressed.
During his time in the IT department, Darryl has developed an in-house quoting program and the company intranet. Darryl says he keeps the wheels turning and as well greased as he can in his job in IT.
Darryl was born in Topeka, KS and grew up in Talmage, PA. He attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO. He is an A+ IT Technician. Darryl is married to wife Karen and has 4 children, daughters Rachael and Rebecca and sons Jonathan and Joseph. His father, Henry Eberly, also works for Northeast Agri Systems.

Dave joined Northeast Agri Systems in 1992, starting his career as a Service Technician. He also worked in customer service and was head of the Service Department before being promoted to Supervisor of new construction and remodel.
Dave brings experience in a variety of areas to his work at Northeast Agri Systems including extensive experience in construction, welding, fabricating, Choretime, Choretronics and electrical.
Dave grew up in Ephrata, PA where he graduated High School and also earned a certificate in Auto Body. He has a daughter, Heather and 2 sons, Shawn and Nathan. His son Shawn Bender currently works for Northeast Agri Systems.

David is a graduate of Berklee College of Music. He initially grew up on a poultry farm and then in and around the poultry equipment business. He joined Northeast Agri Systems in 1983 with a vision of providing total solutions for customers using the most modern and productive equipment available. David's philosophy has always been that the customers come first. Even with the tremendous growth the company has experienced, he still holds this philosophy to this day. David is very active in the business, handling much of the day to day operations in marketing, sales and customer service, and delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed. In addition to executive responsibilities, David still personally handles all caged egg production and pullet production sales.
David has served on the Board of Directors of PennAg Industries Association, The S. June Smith Center and The S. June Smith Center Foundation and was President of the Foundation Board from 2001 – 2003. In 2003 David received the S. June Smith Award. David serves on the advisory committee for the Poultry department in the School of Animal Sciences at Penn State University.
In his spare time, David plays jazz piano in several local bands and his own trio, or quartet at local venues. He is married to wife Arlene and has 2 daughters, Laura and Emily and a son, Gregory.

Duane is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, PA. He was hired by Northeast Agri Systems in 2002 to join our newly formed Parts Department, which is where he can still be found every day that Northeast Agri Systems is open. Duane brought 11 years of experience in the agricultural parts field with Ag-Chem Equipment, where he was a parts administrator and acting Action Center Manager.
When he is not at Northeast Agri Systems, he is active in the West Hempfield Fire & Rescue Company; serving as Sergeant and Trustee. He holds numerous PA and FEMA certifications, including EMT-FR. Duane has used his medical training several times at Northeast Agri Systems.

Delmarva General Manager
Frank joined Northeast Agri Systems in 1998 as the Delmarva General Manager. He began his career in the poultry equipment industry in 1977 as an equipment service person and later advanced to equipment sales and management. He has worked in the poultry equipment industry for over 36 years.
Frank served on the Delmar High School Board from 1994 – 1999, serving as Vice-President in 1999. He was also a coach for Delmar Little League and Delmar Soccer Leagues for 15 years and also umpired for the district. He is an active member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Salisbury, Maryland.
Frank grew up in Laurel, Delaware and enjoyed his summers working for local farmers in their grain, produce and poultry operations. Frank is married to wife Debbie and they have 2 grown children and four grandchildren. Frank and Debbie enjoy cruising in their Z28 Camaro and attending various car shows.

Job Supervisor for Building & Equipment Installation
Lamar joined Northeast Agri Systems in 1995 with years of experience in agricultural and food industry transportation. He started out as a service technician and eventually moved into his current position as job supervisor for building and equipment installation. He also does service and warranty work.
Lamar has obtained a wide range of vocational and vendor training through the years including votech training in welding, diesel training from International Harvester Trucks and vendor training from Choretime. He also has a class A CDL license and has participated in safety training.
Lamar is married to his wife Cheryl of 20 years and has 3 sons (Curtis, Jesse & Matt), 2 daughters (Wendi & Tara) and 6 grandchildren. Lamar's brother Jay Sensenig also works at Northeast Agri Systems.
In his spare time, Lamar enjoys riding motorcycles, hunting and vacations in the mountains.

Mike began working for Northeast Agri Systems in 2005 as a building assistant. In 2012 he rejoined the company in his current position as a controller. Mike enjoys the people he works with and the variety of tasks his position entails.
While he doesn't have any experience directly related to raising chickens or hogs, Mike did work on a farm as a teenager and held manufacturing jobs at CNH and Farmmaster.

Caged and Cage Free Layer Building and Equipment Sales Representative
Patrick was raised on a farm in north central Ohio with 13 brothers and sisters. He was active in 4-H and FFA. He attended The Ohio State University where he was Vice President of the Poultry Science Club. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal, Dairy, and Poultry Science with a minor in Agriculture Systems Management. Patrick has been married to his wonderful wife Stacey for 20 years, and have 7 children of their own.
Patrick has worked in all aspects of the layer industry from pullets to delivery of eggs. He was the complex manager for a 1.2 million bird farm where his responsibilities were feed milling, layer management, egg processing and distribution. He moved to South Dakota where pullet production and egg marketing were added to his experience as General Manager. Patrick moved back to Ohio to be Director of Operations overseeing 4 million layers, 2 million pullets, and feed mill. He is now the caged and cage free layer building and equipment sales representative for Northeast Agri Systems where he puts his many years of experience to use helping farmers.
Purchasing & Service Manager
Randy began his career at Northeast Agri Systems in 1991 and has worked in a variety of departments throughout the company including Service, Warehousing, Parts Sales, Customer Service and Outside Sales. Randy currently works in the Purchasing department.
Randy grew up on a dairy farm in Quarryville, PA. He is married and has a son named Blaise. His brother Ryan Groff currently works in Northeast Agri Systems' service department.

Rick began working for Northeast Agri Systems in 1989 as a young teen, training to be an installer with his father Richard Knauer (current cage supervisor for Northeast Agri Systems) and owner David Newman. He soon moved into a service technician position and later became a Choretronics specialist, working in Packer Repairs until his advancement into Specialty Service and Sales about 5 years ago. Rick's job is to support all customers and Northeast Agri Systems with design layout, technical trouble shooting, designing of ventilation layout and specialty sales. Rick loves working personally with his customers to satisfy all their needs regardless of the time or the day. Working in the poultry and swine industry is a huge passion for him, one that is shared by his entire family. His uncle, Jay Sensenig currently works as Operations Manager and in the Quoting department at Northeast Agri Systems.
Rick graduated from Ephrata High School and continued his studies at Mobile Dynamics, Toronto, Canada, in electronics, robotics and custom fabrication. Rick is married to wife Angela and has 3 children, sons Michael and Kyle and daughter Adrianna.
In 2012, Rick joined the staff at Family Life, an organization dedicated to mentoring pre married and married couples. The organization hosts events in the Northeast corridor working to enrich marriages, men and women. He has also helped with Ywam (Youth with a mission), as a missionary to rebuild their facilities and bases.

Robert L. Barron Jr.
Drafting & Design Development
Robert began working at Northeast Agri Systems in 2007 and works in the drafting and design department. With over 15 years of commercial construction experience, he has an inside perspective and the hands on experience necessary to visualize and anticipate situations before they become a problem in the field. Robert is grateful for the opportunity to work at Northeast Agri Systems and most enjoys the major input he has on construction projects, doing a lot of design built elements.
Before joining Northeast Agri Systems, Robert attended York Technical Institute, undertaking coursework in computer aided drafting and design with a major in Architectural Design and a minor in Civil Drafting. He earned his Associate Degree in Specialized Technology in 2005. He also attended Lancaster County Career & Technology Center in Brownstown and graduated with honors including Special honor of Merit, PA skills certificate, President's Education Award, and Honor Roll 2003-2004. He also attended L.C.C.T.C. and completed a 30 hr. course in Architectural Drafting in 2003.
Robert lives in Holtwood, at the southern end of Lancaster County, with his wife Robin and enjoys spotting deer and other animals with his dogs. His dog Neo still hasn't caught that squirrel yet… Robert has 6 children and 10 grand children.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys reading, riding 4 wheel with his grandson, spending time with his family, building projects and studying the good book.

Shawn Bender began his career with Northeast Agri Systems in 2011 as a Service technician. His father David Bender introduced him to this position and continues to sell, repair and distribute many farming necessities all around the East Coast.
Shawn is dedicated, hard working and enjoys the fast paced atmosphere Northeast Agri Systems offers, along with the opportunity to learn something new everyday.
Shawn grew up in Lancaster County and continues to make his home there. He is engaged to Chandra Burkholder and has a daughter Jaylyn.
In his spare time, Shawn enjoys riding motorcycles, camping and fishing.

Building Department / Building Manager
Steve began his career at Northeast Agri Systems in 1990 working in the warehouse. Soon he moved into the Purchasing department, a position he was unsure about since he had spent most of his life in the building industry. After several months, Steve suggested that the customers would be better served and Northeast would be more competitive if Northeast supplied complete building packages and the Northeast Agri Systems building division was born. This department evolved to on site farming and drop shipping. Steve now runs the building department he helped to create and also handles a variety of other tasks including bids, sales, pull sheets, working with contractors and vendors and upper management job supervision. His equipment knowledge helps him create great results for Northeast Agri Systems' customers.
Steve grew up in Paradise, Lancaster County on an 150 acre dairy farm. He now resides in Wrightsville, York County. Prior to working at Northeast Agri Systems, Steve worked for King Construction (New Holland) for 8 years. He also worked in full house construction and million dollar residential housing until the housing market took a bad turn.
Steve loves to build things and particularly enjoys the challenge of adding a building to a new site. Steve is married to wife Kathy and has a son, Taylor, daughter, Lexie and 2 stepdaughters Kaci and Kali. The family also has a cat named Mr. Jinx.

Wil became a member of Northeast Agri systems on March of 2003. He was initially hired as a truck driver and performed those duties until 2007. In 2007 an opportunity to move into the office presented itself in the Scheduling and Service department. Wil decided to take the challenge and has been at that position for the last six years. His job responsibilities entail customer service, scheduling, truck maintenance, building maintenance and the service department.
Wil was born in 1976 in San Juan PR. His family relocated to Hoboken, NJ when he was a toddler. He is proud to have served in the US Army and enjoys spending time with his family.
